Meet Jessica Dorsey

Jessica is the Owner, Founder, and our Joyful Discovery Coach. She is a Software Developer, Team Lead, Mother, and Coach. She earned the Financial Coach Master Training certification through Ramsey Solutions early in 2024. She loves helping people and enjoys aiding them in discovering their personalized path to success. She enjoys doing activities with her children, her favorite things is being ‘Mommy jungle gym’. She excels in finding the lessons and silver linings in the struggles of life.

Jessica’s Story

I was living paycheck to paycheck, despite making more than enough. Despite getting a raise I still did not have any extra at the end of the month to put into savings. Despite fast delivery, I could never tell you what was in the box showing up at my door, though I ‘needed’ it just a few days prior. In 2016 I realized something had to change. I had to shift my mindset, and take control of my finances. Now debt free with a paid for home I’m enjoying family vacations, saving money and maxing out my retirement investments. Now I'm giving back and helping others break through their limiting money mindsets and find financial joy one conversation at a time.
